What's in this sound pack?

Elixir Sound Productions proudly presents: SOLARIS - SFX for a solar future! Using foley recordings of curated materials and intertwining them with synthesis, SOLARIS attempts to give a meaningful sonic vocabulary for a more hopeful, speculative future, inspired by the social movement of SolarPunk. Please read the concept document for more information on production methodology and research.

STRUCTURE: The idea of SOLARIS is to use the infrastructure of LFE SFX, Beds and Objects (inspired by Dolby Atmos production methods) as building blocks to construct your own sounds for future vehicles, UI interfaces, energy fields, weapons, aliens and androids. All sounds are UCS compliant and divided into their respective categories.

SPATIAL AUDIO: Intended to be used for spatial sound design (7.1.4 and up), 6 ADM demo files are included in the library to give you inspiration of what can be done with SOLARIS in an immersive set-up! We want to contribute to the integration and understanding of how spatial audio can be used for maximum effect. We hope you enjoy perusing the different sounds and that you get inspired to do impacting work with them!
